I love the fact that the products leave my carpets looking new and the products do not leave a residue whereas the carpets feel hard and brittle. As far as the service, AMAZING!!! The technician cleaning my carpets was especially personable and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. My carpets are well over 10 years old, inexpensive, and light in color. That said, the carpets showed heavy undesirable spots and worn patterns. At this time, I cannot afford to replace the carpets. I was embarrassed to invite anybody over because of the carpets. The technician worked his behind off. My carpets look brand new. Therefore, I am no longer embarrassed. I am so grateful to Zerorez.
