Cleans the carpet and doesn'ttake long to dry

The gentleman that did my rug was very kind,quick and did an awesome job.

Richard and Aubrey arrived to clean the ducts just about the same time the tornado warnings approached our area on Wednesday. First thing I said was how glad they were here as my dog, Sweet Pea, and I were alone and quite anxious. They proceeded to inspect our home and start their job. I monitored the weather and soon knew we should get "safe". Richard helped carry the items we consider most valuable or sentimental downstairs and I told him that in a few minutes we would either be hit by the storm or it would pass, that it was not in our hands. Thankfully, it did pass over us and they finished the job to my utmost satisfaction. I have had a bad problem with dust. Before I could get through dusting the house, it would need it again. Since Wednesday, I have been monitoring a piece of furniture that is a dust "magnet". Well, it's Friday and guess what! No dust! I am so happy with the job and am just as thankful they were here with me and Sweet Pea during the storm. Sincerely, Susan Donovan

You guys are magicians. I have a rental property that had very bad carpets and knew they would need to be replaced. I called you guys over with ZERO expectation of actually being able to save teh carpets...just decided to roll the dice and see what happened. THE CARPET LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!!! And you guys saved me $1000 in carpet replacement. Your products and most importantly - your technicians are superior in every way.

I did not have to wait around all day for the service. I was given a window and was called to let me know that the technician would be at my house within the next 30-45 minutes.

My downstairs carpet was "trashed" due to having two boys (6 and 4) spilling everything known to man on it for over 4 years. With only a few spots, the carpet looks awesome - even though the carpet is 10 years old.

Zerorez also cleaned the carpet at my law firm; cannot express enough how effective this service is or how professional the technicians employed by Zerorez.

My carpets actually feel, look and smell clean. I especially like how the carpets are left only SLIGHTLY damp. I've had terrible experiences in the past with other carpet cleaning companies who leave the carpets drenched which resulted water rings.
