Our techs arrived around 4pm; they were quick and thorough. As promised, the carpets were dry by the next morning. I was hoping to get some referral incentives, but we weren't offered anything to pass on to the neighbors or friends. I have noticed that we have a few stains seeping back into view, but I haven't used the provided cleaner yet. Thank you for the service!

Very prompt, cleans carpet very well and excellent customer service provided by the gentlemen that did the service. This is my second time using Zerorez and I am very pleased.

The no chemical cleaning process is ideal for my family of four young children. Plus they cleaned the entire house in under 2 hours! The technicians were very professional and were able to get out every single set in stain I pointed out.

Was very happy with the service. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is the carpet is still wet on the stairs...even after 24 hours. I am not sure how the padding cannot be wet, as you claim, if the carpeting is still that wet?

The technician was wonderful -- he worked on some spots I never thought would come out -- but he got them out! And the carpet looks brand new and smells so fresh.
