The fact that there is no residue left on carpet to attract dirt. This has been a problem in the past with other carpet cleaners.

On time and he did a great job. He also didn't try to "sell" us additional services, like spot cleaning that we didn't need. One thing, though...He left one of those yellow corner/furniture protectors. Do you want to come pick it up? Or, shall we throw it away?
