Forrest was amazing! He explained all of the products and what he was going to do. He asked me if I had any special requests and he took care of them to my satisfaction. Our carpets have never looked so clean and they smell so nice, not that heavy odor you get from other carpet cleaners. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the carpets dried. I would definitely use Zerorez again and we would absolutely request Forrest to take care of our needs!!

Once again, I am pleased with my choice to use Zerorez. I had my pit group Bio cleaned w/ stain resistant coating. Nice clean and soft. No left over chemical feel or smell.

I have used Zerorez in the past for carpets Zerorez will be coming to clean my airducts in my new / Old house next week. A bit pricey but they will try to work with you and when you get kind and quality service I don't mind paying a little more. I am a happy customer.

I will always use zero rez primarily because you dont use chemicals. Also because the person, Dilon, who cleaned my carpet did an absolutely amazing job of cleaning the carpet. He was professional and worked hard and finished the job in a timely manner. He explained and answered the questions I had. This was the first time that I used Zero Rez and I will use them going forward.

The biggest takeaway from our experience is the professionalism and patience of the technicians. Timothy and Benny took their time and answered all of our questions. They explained what we should expect during the duct cleaning process. They also explained how we could benefit by adding UV light. All and all we were very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend them.
