Dillon did his best on his callback to remove traffic pattern stains
but with little effect. FYI we used simple dawn dish soap and water
along with our Hoover carpet shampoo cleaner and were able to
remove 90 % + of these footprints. Carpet is a little over one year
old and has stain guard.

Team was super courteous, however the service time took longer than expected based on what I was initially told when I booked the service. Also, at the time of booking, it wasn't clear that the filters would not be cleaned as part of the service.
We're in an office so you don't want alot of scents that people might not like. Zerorez gave us a nice, clean slate to work from and everyone was happy. The cleaner was very nice and super quick. He did an excellent job! I can't recommend Zerorez enough!

Our technician was fantastic and very accommodating. I think ZeroRez as a company needs to be more transparent with "hidden add ons" when you book appointments. I booked the $129 hallway and 3 rooms, and then was told in order to "deodorize and sanitize" it was going to be more money. That's pretty deceptive marketing. An analogy would be like going to a car wash and saying we will wash your car for $20, but if you want us to use soap it's going to cost $10 more.
That falls on the company and not Maurice who was an exceptional technician to work with though.
Friendliness of staff; ability to schedule online or via phone; knowledge of products, soft upsell and follow through with additional cleaning options make ZeroRez our first choice when we need our carpets cleaned!
