This was my first time utilizing Zerorez and what a great experience! From the first phone call and speaking with a very pleasant and personable person to schedule my appointment, each person I encountered was AMAZING!!! What a great first impression! I wish all businesses were as competent and professional! My technician was named Dylan and TALK ABOUT IMPRESSIVE! He was "early", extremely competent, explained everything in detail and treated me as a valued customer! As a senior citizen I really appreciated how patient he was. We are pleased with the gentleman who cleaned the carpet. He was friendly and worked hard to clean the carpet of spots from a previous tenant. He arrived even earlier than expected and again, was dedicated to getting the old carpet as clean as possible. We will definitely use Zerorez again, when needed.

He did amazing job
I had been dealing with an upper respiratory infection for about a month. I had a constant cough that I just could not get rid of, and my husband developed a pink eye. Well, he went to the doctor and the doctor said he did not have the pick eye. I believe our problem may have stem from our duct system. We had some remodeling done on the house last year, so all that debris and dust was coming out, and contaminating our air. The house was always dusty know matter how often I dust. Zerorez has cleaned our duct before, but it has been a while, so I call for them to come out and clean the duct. The tech came out and he found mold in the duct. He told us he couldn't clean the duct at that time because of the mold. He took a sample of the mold for testing, and once the results came back the tech was able to come out and clean the system. He told us he would have to do a remediation process to remove the mold, and he recommended installing a Ultravation light to prevent the mold from coming back and help with the dust. He showed us pictures of before and after, and after he cleaned the duct that night, we slept well I did cough hardly at all. Now we are breathing clean air and I feel better. I purchased some air purifiers to continently clean the air. I haven't seen any particles floating in the air. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you, Brandon, for a job well done.
