The technician was very good! It rained the day of the service and he took time to keep his shoes and gear clean. He took time to explain the drying process. He pointed out the dog stains right away.

I can't say enough good things about Zerorez. I have been a customer for over 10 years and they have always done a great job of cleaning my carpets, furniture and area rugs. Their prices are great and their customer service is the best I have seen. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their carpets, etc. cleaned properly.

The person doing the cleaning did a great job explaining everything to me and answered all of my questions. The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the $19 service fee was never told to me when I booked the appointment. I was expecting the fee to be cheaper and would have done the pet product in a different room had that service fee been told to me.

The two guys were very professionally. From start to finish. J. he introduced himself and partner and immediately started working. J. explain everything to me and waited until I call my daughter over phone to explain issues. Great guys!!
