Courteous and professional technician who got my very dirty carpets from our house construction extremely clean. The builder had another carpet cleaner clean the carpets before we moved in and so many stains remained. Zerorez was able to get all those spots up.

Quality and timeliness
My husband and I felt like the carpet was so much cleaner. When the cleaner arrived, we discussed what areas needed to be cleaned and Maurice went around with me and discussed what was needed. He offered other services as information but wasn’t pushy in any way. He went right to work and was done quickly. I could tell he made the effort to take care of the high traffic areas.
