The man who serviced our home was wonderful. His name was Timothy Delvo. He was extremely professional, careful with out furniture, walls, corners, etc. and even added on a bathroom tile cleaning. We did pay extra for this but it was well worth it. I would highly recommend Zerorez and Mr. Delvo to my friends and neighbors.

Cameron did a great job. He has good customer service skills and he takes pride in his work.

The equipment used appeared to be in very good working condition and more advanced than most carpet cleaner's equipment that I have seen in the past. The technician was very friendly and helpful with removing troublesome areas in the carpet. I would use this service again.

I like the fact that you know where your guys are and can give me a really close time on when they will be on the job. Also, I'm comfortable of not having to be there when they show up, the service they extend to my homeowners make me look good. Also that you can get out anything that I mess up on their carpet.

My technician, Gerald( or Gerard )was great. On time, personable, worked w me on pricing, knowledgeable, kept me informed in his progress, and lined up for speedy pick up of my area rugs.

Scheduling the service was easy and quick- I love that I was able to get an appointment within a weeks time, at the time of day I requested! The technician was very polite and professional: he did a great job, and even convinced me to get the post cleaning stain guard- which I initially thought was a ploy to get me to spend more money, but his fact based sales pitch seems less about making a sale, and more about helping me maintain a clean carpet. I am very happy with the results!
