The gentleman that came helped me move my two huge couches because I clearly could not by myself. Also he informed me about any more cost then I was quoted and the reasoning for this. He informed me before performing his work so that I clearly had the choice to say no and would result in the outcome of my carpets not as clean. I was very pleased with the service provided and that being a younger female, felt safe with this guy in my house.

We were skeptical about what we were hearing in the advertisements but decided to try your company anyway. The claims of carpets looking new again and feeling soft after cleaning is absolutely true! A "mysterious" stain appeared in one of our rooms that we could NOT remove. Zerorez got that stain out! The technician is a valuable asset to your company and instead of "pushing services" on us, allowed your product to speak for itself. Although higher in price than other carpet cleaning services, Zerorez left our carpets clean and beautiful! Will definitely call them again and recommend to friends!
