The Technican, Lucas, was excellent. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable on the carpets he cleaned at my mother's house. He did an excellent job and the carpets looked beautiful and they were quite soiled from my mother shuffling her feet on them. When we have our own carpets cleaned, we will ask for Lucas.

I will probably call back to re-treat the pet stains that showed up when it dried, but overall I'm happy with the results.

I can't say enough about the service rep. Professional, polite, and very hard working. He did an excellent job. The carpets look great. This is the first time I have used Zerorez so I will be interested in how the carpets look in 6 months to a year verses the long term results from a company that cleans carpets the conventional way, i.e. with chemicals. At this point though they look excellent.
