The carpet is truly clean when you are done. The fringes on my rug are white. I always though they were beige. The rug looks amazing. My couch will last a few more year beause it no longer looks old and weary

On time and friendly service tech. My couches look and feel clean. No sticky residue on the carpets. Dry time was reasonable. Last carpet cleaning wet the carpet so much it was still wet after 3 months! Zero fez carpet was dry within 6 hours. My area rug was lightly steamed and looks great!

I was very pleased with your products and service. My carpet looks and feel very clean. I had it cleaned in December by another company but was not pleased because it did not look clean and had stains like before it was cleaned. I was thinking that I would have to get new carpet.
