Your products and services sell themselves. Four kids, two cats and one dog + non-chemical carpet cleaning = healthy (and CLEANER!!) household. Reggie was our technician for the day, and it is so obvious that this man loves what he does for a living. We appreciated the time he took to tell us about how the products work and the time he took making sure our problem areas were problems no more. This was our third time using Zerorez over the last six years or so. It's nice to have a company that you can rely on to get the work done well by people who care about how they represent their employer and how they represent themselves to the customer. The technician, Cameron did a great job with my 10 year old carpets, he made them look great and maybe we can get a few more years out of them. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and most importantly of all, he didn't leave us with sopping wet carpets. I would rate his a 10 in all categories.

Very courteous and professional. Pre-call about arrival time just as expected, and tech arrived right on time. Love the idea of no harsh chemicals since I do have small children. Carpets look wonderful. Light, fresh citrus smell after the cleaning. Had our furniture cleaned as well, and it looks brand new again! Our tech "Aubrey" was so professional and polite! He seemed sincerely happy to be doing his job! I would refer him personally to anyone looking for carpet/furniture cleaning. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give zerorez and Aubrey an 11! I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
