Customer care and knowledge

First, my carpets got very clean despite some kid and pet wear and tear. The guy who came to clean the house was very professional, didn't try yo pressure me in to any additional treatments, and was clearly committed to his work. (He got down on his hands and knees to closely inspect some of our pet stains. I was amazed.)

Justin did an absolutely terrific job. The carpet in each room looks almost new. After years of hearing the advertisement of The FISH, I finally decided to give Zerorez a try. My family and I were not disappointed.

Safe for environment and my family

I had three rooms cleaned and Scotch Guard applied. I like the fact that no detergents are used in the cleaning process. I have a sister who has her carpets cleaned on an average of once a year, so I know her carpets look great. The key is to clean on a regular bases according to your use. Service personnel were very friendly and efficient. I won't wait so long for my next cleaning. I had a neighbor visit while Zerorez servicemen were here and has already asked how to contact you. I suggested he contact you online...it worked really well for me. Thanks for a job well done.

The technician who arrived was very courteous and conscientious. He was also very personable, and seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. He certainly put in a lot of effort, and went the extra mile. He was also on-time. The use of high-pressure water (rather than the usual chemicals) certainly left no smell or residue. The only problem was that there were a few stains that the water could not eliminate, where I think the traditional chemical mixture would probably have removed them.
