This is my second service with Zerorez. I had my carpets cleaned last year and I just had my air ducts cleaned. Our technician, James was extremely professional and courteous. We got a call 15 minutes prior to his arrival, was helpful. The carpet looks fabulous.
Your service rep, Eric, was so thorough, polite and hard-working. As you know, the temps were freezing all night and unfortunately our outside spigot was frozen. Eric and my husband worked together to find a solution for this.
Our main issue was cat urine smell, and it seems that Zerorez eliminated that! THANK YOU!
