I like Zerorez's prompt, affordable, friendly, & reliable service. But most of all, I like the fact that the cleaned carpet STAYS clean after the carpet has dried! The finished product was as advertised.
It worked!! I was shocked he was able to get a few dirty built up dirt stains out so well from in front of our couch where spills had occured. Also, one bedroom I was worried about came cleaner than expected and the Hallway carpet where the boys come up from garage & track in dirt looks like new! Daniel was excellent & so professional!! He was very educated on your services & procedures & knew the answer to every question I asked. Very polite & respectful to my home. He even explained that I would smell an odd smell when he did carpet on stairs due to the fact it was a wool fiber type. But he said the smaell would go away & sure enough it did. I had carpet cleaning services and my carpet really does look brand new. The service was professional and friendly.
The man showed up when he said he would. He was very courteous & professional. He wore little booties on his feet so as not to soil the carpet he had just cleaned. He also left some for us to wear until the carpet dried. The carpet really didn't have any residue & is still clean one month later despite the fact that we have a large dog running in & out of the house.
