Cameron was extremely kind and professional. He educated me about Zerorez, some of their products, and why some of the discolorations on my carpets could be occurring. I have an almost 1 1/2 year old with another baby due any day, so clean carpets for all of us to play on are extremely important. Cameron was empathetic and understanding of my desire for not just nice looking floors, but disinfected floors that I would feel comfortable with my young ones playing on.
