I really appreciate that Zerorez is a green company. As the Director of a day-school for Preschool age children, where many have asthma or suffer from allergies, it gives peace of mind to all adults to have non-toxic, non-soap products on sanitized carpets!
What I like about the products and services is that everything stated in the advertisements has held true. There's not been any residue left behind to attract dirt, spots and cause the carpet to re-soil in the same areas. They deliver what they promise in the way of cleanliness and timeliness as well. My technician was very thorough
I have used Zerorez several times over the last 2-3 years. They always did a tremendous job on my carpets. I used another service last fall only because I could not get an appointment with Zeroez. Not only did they do a much inferior job of cleaning my carpets, my carpets stayed wet for almost 3 days. I was almost sure that I would have to replace them. I decided to call Zerorez one more time before going carpet shopping. Kyle, the service tech, was timely, professional, and very conscientious about doing a good job. When he was finished cleaning my carpets, they looked absolutely great!

Your receptionists and technicians are professional and courteous. I love that you call me to let me know in advance exactly when you'll be arriving. That way, I don't have to guess for the entire arrival window. Your carpet cleaning actually works! With other carpet cleaners, the stains and spots come right back. With ZeroRez, any stain or dirt that can come out will. The carpet dries quickly, and we can get back to life as usual. With three kids in a small space, it's very important to me to have a technician I can trust, carpet cleaning that actually gets the carpets cleaned, fast service, quick dry, and most importantly clean carpets that stay clean (at least until the next time someone spills on them). I was hesitant to spend so much money on carpet cleaning at first, but now that I've used ZeroRez I will never go back. I am a proud repeat customer and now my friends are too.
