My Tech Ken was very knowledgable about the products also where and why I should use them. We just bought a house and didn't know what the carpet stains where. Ken used a sensor to find if any where pet stains and then expained how they should be treated. My carpets look great just as Taylor from The Fish said they would!

It was clean, no chemicals were used, there were no strong odors, it removed spots and stained arrears that we never thought would come out without harsh detergent of some sort.
It was done in a very timely manner and dried much faster than we had anticipated. Overall
