Jevoris was dressed neatly and presented himself in a professional manner. He and I walked thru my house so that I could point out areas of concern and could ask questions. Jevoris was very capable of answering all of my questions and discussed other products or services that I may want to consider. Fortunately, he did not do a "hard sell" or put pressure on me to add products or services that I did not want. You would have lost a customer if your technician had made me feel pressured. I did add the protective coating in 4 areas of the house because I trusted Jevoris the information he told me about the benefits of the protective coating. Your services and products speak for themselves. My ugly, dirty light colored burber carpet now looks new and ready for a family Easter gathering on Sunday.
