The clean smell when the tech left. The tech was AWESOME and spent a lot of time helping us understand our carpet. The office side was not so great. They didn't call me to confirm, didn't let me know when the tech was on his way until he was standing in my driveway and then gave me a 3 hour window. Not too impressed with them but the tech himself was GREAT. Very nice and understanding.
This is the first time I've used Zerorez so I will need time to see.
While the prices are rather steep ($240 to send in an area rug that I purchased for $500 - really? I don't think so) James (the technician) was friendly, professional, and worked hard to accomodate my budget. He was fabulous!

No Chemicals and your up to 30 days Return Policy. I used it for stubborn stains and dirt that resurfaced, Kyle came back out and it is must better. That Great!

Mike was very professional, explaining the cleaning process prior to beginning. He did an incredible job of cleaning our carpets, to include removing pet stains. We liked the fact that there were no perfumy soap or solvent smells - just a fresh, clean aroma. The carpets were dry in about 4 hours. We are very happy clients, and will definitely be repeat customers. Hopefully Mike will be available the next time we need him!
