I have used Zerorez before and felt the tech upsold me on extra items that maybe weren't needed....so I felt a bit ripped off. This tech was so different! I was happy I tried the company again. The tech was professional and did a wonderful job. Would use this company again but would request the same tech!!!!

I found Zerorez to be a company that is customer service oriented and does what it says it is going to do. Our first round of service left a few soiled spots after drying. We called and Zerorez immediately sent a cleaning agent out to our house and made things right. Now that is service. We a commented costomers.

My carpets were nicely cleaned and the spots came out. Hopefully they will not return.
