Tim was unbelievable. He was prompt, polite, eloquent, professional, respectful of my residence and his work was thorough. The only problem I have is that now that all the stains are gone and the carpet looks almost new, my wife won't let me eat or drink in the carpeted rooms anymore. Despite that, your company (and Tim) delivered on your commitments.
