Professionally rendered service from initial contact to set up the appointment to completion of the cleaning process. Technician Logan arrived on time, was professional, polite and knowledgeable of services offered. Took care in setting up and removing equipment from my home. Extra attention to a rosy "mystery" stain and several others of unknown origin resulted in their complete removal. This first professional cleaning of my seven year old carpet left it looking new again and smelling so fresh. As a result of the great job on my carpet, I talked to him about cleaning an area rug used in my kitchen. I did not hesitate to have him take it to the factory for cleaning. Can hardly wait to see the results! Will definitely recommend Zerorez to neighbors.
