Way too much upselling! I was very busy moving in that day and did not need or want the constant interruption to push additional products and services. Super annoying. The carpets looked great, but if your process REMOVES any scotchguard protectant on the carpet, then it should be expected that the protectant be added automatically at the end as a courtesy... not an upsell. It would obviously prolong the effect of the carpet cleaning which I would hope would be a positive refection on your company.

It's clean during the process and after. No residue. Carpets dry quickly and it isn't crunchy to the touch - still soft. Representatives are always kind and personable and informative. I feel safe having them come into my home. Very respectful.

We really like the fact that you do not use soaps or detergents in the cleaning process. The carpets look refreshed with your method and dry so much faster. Your techs are prompt and you always notify us 15 to 30 minutes before his arrival. Our tech, Jeremiah, was polite and went right to work completing his job very efficiently.
Your people are very professional and they're knowledge is very good . My people who came out were very honest. You called to let me know you were on your way. The people on the phone were also very nice, patient and listened to what my allergy issues were. I have used your carpet cleaning service as well as the duct people. Who by the way while they were here my neighbor came over and asked me about Zero. Well he talked to your guy and when they finished they drove right next door to do his. That would have been a commercial. Also the duct guy that came out found I had mold in my system and stopped and told me who to call. Great service all the way around.
