The rugs look great. I am very pleased. The one thing I did not like was that I had to move the furniture. I am a senior citizen, and so I had to get someone else to do the moving.
I do have a comment about the card I filled out that rates the technician. I was outside when the work was being done, and do not know if the corner guards (or whatever they are called) were used. The 30-day warranty was explained to me when I requested your service; the technician should have done a better job of explaining it.
