I am very happy with the quality of work. We were disappointed that we requested a particular technician and rearranged our schedule in order for him to do the cleaning. However, Zerorez did NOT send that technician and did not tell us that he would not be coming.

I like that the products have a clean scent and that the carpets dry quickly. All of the employees that come into my home are always courteous and more than willing to do any extra jobs I might come up with.

I like that the carpet can be cleaned without chemicals. I'm allergic to chemicals. We did notice that the laminate tile in the master bath now has a chip out of it that it didn't have before our carpet was cleaned. You have to go through the master bath to get to the carpeted master closet.

Patrick was so nice and did a great job. For the age of my carpet and the stains on my carpet, I was so surprised at how clean they turned out.

This is the first time I have used zerorez. The results so far are amazing. I'm hoping I'll be saying the same thing three weeks from now.

I have always used carpet cleaners that used chemical cleaners and ZeroRez did a great job without the harsh chemicals! I love that my carpet looks like new after 10 years of wear and tear. Also, I had a few old pet stains that we had tried to clean ourselves and my technician got every bit of the stains up in his cleaning. I was amazed!

The serviceman was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He also arrived on time with a courtesy call 30 minutes before.

My carpet looks amazing! The workers were very thorough, and I appreciate the attention that was given to protecting wall and baseboard corners by using corner protectors. Besides doing a wonderful job, they were very courteous and friendly. This was my first time using Zerorez, but definitely won't be my last!
