I was very happy with the service and quality of the service. Jessica and Preston were great and very helpful with the advise about my pet smells on the carpet. the carpet looked great after cleaning and still does. The only complaint I have is the strong smell in our closet because of the pet treatment. It's not a bad smell just a strong smell from the heavy cleaning they had to do on the carpet. I am hoping it will settle down. I left fans on for 4 days to hopefully air out some. But still pretty strong after 5 days. BUT still I am very happy with the cleaning and excellent Service from Jessica and Preston.

I was amazed at the stains that were removed from the carpeting. The instructions on the drying process were different from what I originally thought I knew to be correct. The carpet contractor was neat in appearance, well versed and explained the process in detailed prior to carpet cleaning. I was very impressed with Dorian and would highly recommend him (Zerorez) to service their carpeting needs. He also explained the other services Zerorez provides, which we had no prior knowledge. We received multiple compliments after the job was completed. Thanks again for your service. Note: We thought the holes in his ears were complimentary to him.

The technician was prompt and courteous. The price was very affordable. I'm glad that I was able to take advantage of the three room special. But more than anything, the carpet looked amazing!! One bedroom hadn't been cleaned in two years and frankly, I didn't have much hope for it. But what a miracle job. I'll be calling to have the rest of the house done.
