The representative who cleaned my carpets was not only courteous and professional but assured me if I had any concerns at all he would handle them. He also showed me a couple spots that would not come out and explained why. I would have been surprised if they came out because I had tried everything too! He went the extra mile to make sure I was pleased. I had occasion to move the sofa in one of the rooms to take a tv out and realized just HOW CLEAN the carpets were everywhere else! Next time I'm going to be sure to find a way to get ALL the furniture out!!!
