I like how the service leaves no residue! I was very happy with the cleaning....only slightly disappointed that a few stains didn't come up, but they had been there a long time and still look much better. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

I like the way Anthony introduced his self like a gentleman and explained about the service being done and the product being used. I was very pleased with his service how he took his time to do it right and how he did not rush through it. I was amazed how the product that he used to get rid of pet odors worked. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has bad pet odor in their carpet.
