Lack of chemicals

Very friendly, quick convenient service. I have received compliments on how "new" our carpet looks. I am disappointed however... there is still a strong dog urine smell in the bedrooms. I thought with the enzyme treatment, this smell would not be so strong.

The technician was on time and very professional. The cleaning itself seems to really get deep into the carpet and left our house smelling great.

Chemical free

They work!! My tile and grout was filthy despite regular mopping and the Zerorez process was amazing - floors looked like they did when they were first installed. Nathan was very professional and thorough and I could not be happier with my floors. Thank you!

Making an appt was easy, changing dates and time of service was easily accommodated and my carpet looks amazing!!!

I haven't had a problem in the past with the service but when they went to my parents home to clean the carpet of the blood after my father fell they did not use the enzyme we had discussed, to their credit when I called instead of immediately saying they would go back she argued with me, went and ask someone about it then said would go back, she then rescheduled but they had the people sent to my Decatur address and not my parents at Mall of Ga. Blvd. The blood is still not out there is a faint spot remaining, so for the first time I am dissappointed.
