Lack of residue, clean feeling.
The carpet appears very nice and clean. My only complaint is that there are dark spots in several places in different rooms even after the carpet had been serviced. I had to go back over it to remove the spots. I wish your service could totally clean the carpet even around the edges next to the wall.

Preston was great! He showed up a few minutes early after calling to make sure I was available. He performed an exceptionally thorough cleaning - took his time with each pass over the carpet, he wasn't rushing to get to the next job. When some water droplets fell on the stairs, he promptly wiped them up. I felt like he was cleaning my carpets, and taking care of my home, as though they were his own. I'll definitely use Zerorez again!
