Your employee was very courteous. I noticed a couple of places that did not seem clean, one of which was a stain. He returned and was again very courteous. He was able to reclean two of the spots and was very helpful in attempting to clear a stain caused by a potted plant which did not come up. Very courteous and professional!

I have been using Zerorez for years! Their customer service both from calling to schedule an appointment to the service technician that completes the work is excellent! They have been a professional company in every aspect consistently throughout the years. I have tried other companies with different types of cleaning styles in the past and Zerorez gets high marks for their consistent work. I've used both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning and the technicians seem to genuinely care about their work which is a great reflection of the leadership they have at that company. You won't be disappointed!

I like that the technician takes his shoes off and that chemicals aren't used on my carpets. I do see a difference after the cleaning and the carpets dry in a very short amount of time. Appointments are easily made and I like the follow-up email and a call letting me know that the technician is on his way to my home.
