This was our second time using Zerorez. We found the technicians to be highly skilled and efficient at taking care of our carpet needs. Our most recent service was scheduled on a Saturday with a 3-6 pm window. I'm happy to say that everything was satisfactorily completed well before 6 pm! Our most recent technician, Chris, was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable about carpet care. In no time our carpets were amazingly clean, and it didn't take long for them to dry. Needless to say, we'll continue to use Zerorez for our future carpet cleaning needs.
