This is my second time using zerorez and it was a good experience both times. This time the technician was excellent. He was very informative he was personable he ask me to check each room after he finished with and did whatever it took to to do the best job possible and yes I would use zerorez again and I would like the same technician. Our service tech Ken was very nice, explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. He was willing to take as much time as needed to ensure we were happy with everything.
Setting the appt. was easy, I liked the email with the appt details and preparation information that was sent prior to the appt. Everything went exactly as planned and on time.

The carpet is very clean, but not too happy that after it was done I owed $700 more than the original quote over the phone. Technicians did a awesome job, but unfair to them that they get payed on this rating. Warranty issues need to be explained when scheduling so people know the little details about what voids it. Would rate the company lower, but like mentiined the technicians need to be payed what they deserve.

Liked the care the tech took to safeguard our walls/floors with his equipment. Great smell of the citrus pretreatment. It really worked-cleaned. Faster than we thought it would take. The tech was very nice and efficient.

The carpet looks great when they are finished. Adding the protector ensures pet stains come up easily going forward. The technician, James, has cleaned our home the last two visits. He takes time to explain all of the services and recommends which ones would be best for our situation. He is extremely professional and polite.

Without soaps going into the carpet dirt so won't attract to the carpet making it longer between cleans. Carpet looks great after Zerores and had some pretty tough stains to deal with.

All natural-no chemicals. I have severe allergies to many cleaning products' perfumes. Also the technicians are always cognizant of taking care of my home while they work.
