Doesn't use any harmful chemicals and leaves a fresh odor behind. Was well pleased with my technician, Spencer, as he kept asking if there were any spots I wanted him to go over. My carpet is very old but after cleaning it still has a little life left. He had told me he was going to leave a bottle of the special water to use for cleaning up spots but guess he forgot. He came a little before my scheduled time but it worked out better for me since I had to leave for an appointment. I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning which is safe for children and pets.
