Tech was great. Friendly and professional. Excellent job at cleaning the carpets. A stain caused by purple PVC primer was even removed which a previous cleaning company had failed at. The carpets looked brand new when he was done. Not bad for 5-6 year old carpet!

We were quoted a rate of $135 and were never told about the $15 fee to come out and clean. I would recommend sharing that information with your customers in the future.

Service was prompt and polite and he worked very hard to be sure his job was well completed.
Carlos was very focused on doing a great job and took pride in his work. He cleaned a sofa, love seat and recliner plus 3 rooms of very grungy carpet. He explained the processes and what the products could do.
There is only 1 thing I do not like about Zerorez and that is the policy of sending only one person and not moving furniture. If Zeororez is not going to move furniture so that the whole room may be cleaned, then get equipment that can reach under beds, dressers etc.
