James, (I think that was his name,) was extremely knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He and the other gentleman were very thorough, and they did an excellent job.

The tech was informative and did a great job! We had ugly pet spots from a previous owner that were removed nicely! I was under the impression that the carpet wouldn't be wet when they left, but it was! Still, over all a great job and reasonable price!

Patrick cleaned my carpets - He was GREAT. He was very polite and on-time and did the carpets very quickly. He was very thorough and walked everything with me to make sure that there wasn't anything that he had missed or that I was unsatisfied with. I am a business owner so I definitely know that while companies are quick to hear "bad things", I think it is very important to be commended just as loudly when a job has been well done!!!
