Patrick was prompt, courteous and honest about the fabrics on my couches. He told me that my couch would be clean but because of my dogs oil, he would most likely not be able to get rid of some of the stains. I really appreciated his honesty. I will use zerorez again.

My faith with Zerorez has been restored as of Feb. 13, 2015, when your 2nd service technician, Bill Ryan, came to re-clean our home's living room carpet that had not been properly cleaned the week before by a different technician.

Bill was very professional and especially concerned about removing the stains that remained from the prior week's cleaning. He took time to explain how he planned to achieve a successful cleaning (taking extra measures and time to treat the stains) and was very considerate to allow me the opportunity to inspect his work before he left. I was very impressed with his service AND results, which were exactly what I had received in previous cleanings from Zerorez.

Thank you for following up with me and scheduling a more experienced technician to provide our family with excellent service this time. We are about to put this home on the market soon, and I'm thankful that the ugly stains are gone. I can now say that i would once again refer your company to friends and family!

I have used Zerorez many times in the past; however, I have never had the pet treatment done on my carpets. During my most recent visit, I requested that the technicians apply the pet treatment before cleaning my carpets. They did so and were fast, friendly and did a very nice job.

After the carpet completely dried, there was an overwhelming odor of "chemicals". It's so bad of an odor, that I honestly thought I had a gas leak. It's now been 48 hours since the treatment was applied and the odor is still present.

Needless to say, next time I use you guys, I will NOT be having the pet treatment applied.
