I've had others rush through the job, but Damien treated our house like it was his own and paid attention to every detail! The pet treatment works very well.

I was especially impressed with the punctuality, courteousness and knowledge of my technician Paul. He was able to provide me with some valuable insight and tips for how to better care for and even prepare my carpet for its next cleaning. In addition, I found the technology of not using harsh chemicals very appealing as I do have toddler grandsons that will be coming and playing throughout the house. With the 200 degree water sanitation process I will feel much less stressed about them dropping things and putting them into their mouths.
