The professional conduct of the technician, the ease of paying for the service and the technology used to clean the carpets. I always recommend Zerorez. Name removed, Real Estate Broker, Elite 1 Brokers, LLC.

The young lady who cleaned my carpet was wonderful.
No chemicals used on my carpet on furniture
The air duct cleaning is where I use you the most on my home rehabs!
They were able to get the black stains out of the carpet. I had spent several hours on trying to remove them with spot treatment and my carpet cleaner machine. The stains would always reappear a few days later. I was very impressed!!!
quick and dries fast
Professional cleaning and very pleasant personality of the gentleman who did the work.
The tech. Was very affective, respectiful, and just all around good guy. I have had 2 other carpet cleaning services and Zerorez was the BEST!
I cannot say enough about the true professionalism, courtesy and technical competency that Jermey and Ceer provided us as they cleaned our air ducts. Without question this was one of the most pleasant experience we have had since relocating to GA. Zerorez has a great product provides a great service but, what makes them stand apart is the quality of their employees. We are definitely going to be returning customers. Thanks again Jeremy and Ceer.
It was amazing how areas with spots from our last renters came out. We thought we might have to replace the carpeting because it was so soiled after being only two years old! Zerorez came through for us and we will not have to replace the carpeting.
Thanks to our technician, Nate, who was very informative and professional.

job well done , thanks!!!!!
James was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and took care of my carpets like they were his own. He is invested and one of the best representatives of your company that I Have dealt with over the past few years.
One favor to ask. In each of my previous services when I have purchased the carpet protection I have been given an extra bottle of spot cleaner. In all of the conversation James and I were having, he forgot/I forgot to get this. Is it possible to mail me out my bottle that was overlooked?
Please share my thanks with James. He did a wonderful job!
Everything! Love that's its environmentally friendly, dries quickly, and the techs are great at explaining all.
The service personnel was very courteous and explained about the stains and how to maintain the carpet. After cleaning the carpet looked very clean without spots.
