I liked the overall process of my carpets beings cleaned. They seem like new again. I was very impressed by the promptness, courteousness, of the technician, Damian. He asked me before he cleaned a room what he was about to do and then came asked me if I was pleased with it. He used floor fans and there was no harsh chemicals used. We have a cat and I didn't know if he would be effected by the cleaning solution and was not sensitive to it at all. I would definitely use Zerorez again and recommended it to my sister, who lives near me, because she has allergies and asthma. What a great carpet cleaning experience. Carol Perry

Zerorez came out and did a great job. After the carpets dried....a few stains became apparent so I called Rich, the owner. He promptly called me back and scheduled another spot removing cleaning for that one area in our den. I am happy to say.....Bill did a great job and they disappeared. Our technicioms were prompt and polite. Talked to is about what they were going to do - gave us the price up front. I can still smell a couple small spots where the pet urine may not have been treated as good as the others but overall I am happy. I will definitely use ZeroRez again.
