Service person was polite, well-mannered and thorough. Carpets look great after the clean. I liked when I was asked to look at the carpet when one room was finished be sure everything was as expected before continuing. Then I was asked to recheck when all rooms were completed.

Zerorez was wonderful. When we had our air vents cleaned for our new house, two very professional men came to complete the job. They made sure to introduce themselves and were extremely friendly. They explained exactly what they would be doing, how long it would take and were sure to warn me that it would be loud and could possibly upset my young daughter. I appreciated knowing what to expect especially because I have never had my air ducts cleaned before.

They went above and beyond what a typical cleaning service would do. They moved my car so that I could easily unpack while they were parked in my garage, they even offered to carry some of my boxes. When my two year old tripped on their wires (by no fault of their own) they stopped what they were doing to see if she was okay while I comforted her. When the noise of the cleaning turned out to be too much for my daughter (who is deaf and hears with the assistance of a cochlear implant) and we needed to leave so she could clam down and take a nap at our old house, they offered to lock up so we could leave.

When we returned later in the day, I could tell a difference as soon as I walked in the door. The air was cleaner and my allergies from the previous owner's cat felt better. All we needed were clean carpets!

The Zerorez carpet cleaner came in the afternoon. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional and quickly cleaned all the rooms. The house looks and smells great. We are very pleased with the Zerorez services.

Damien was awesome! He was so professional and very thorough!! He told me everything he was going to do and did an awesome job! Our carpets are clean beyond our wildest imagination! They were stained with dark soda, food and who knows what else and they are 1000 times cleaner! We were very impressed!!
