I like the quick turnaround from the time I place the call until the tech walks out the door. I like that all problem areas are spotless when the tech is done (and I have two big dogs so there are always problem areas). The tech does not come in and try to sell me stuff that I do not need. No pressure job and very friendly employees. I have been using ZeroRez for years and I would not do that if I was not entirely happy. Thanks.

Quick and professionalism

Good carpet cleaning, but I would not again spend the $ for the tile cleaning that was ordered -- it was not very effective -- I could have done a better job on my own with a brush and bleach. Not very happy about that. Also, a simple blob of silly putty (easy remedy found online) was not removed. Technician said that he tried unsuccessfully. I have since used rubbing alcohol on it, and it dissolved. The technician was friendly and did a good job otherwise.
