Very nice gentlemen came to do the work and did a good job.
Each technician is always kind, professional, and knowledgeable about what needs we might have.
The job was done on time as promised and the employee doing it did a great job. We have a real problem because we have two dogs and no fenced in yard. I also am a above the knee amputee and my wife has to always handle taking them outside. I don't think that needs more of a explanation. Jesse did a great job. and we will always use Zerorez.

Very good job cleaning the carpet. Looks almost like new. Technician was very nice and friendly.
I called to Zerorez to have air ducts and carpet cleaned. Chris and Adrian came out and upon inspection reported I did not need the ducts cleaned. These guys could have done the work, taken $700.00 and went on their way. That isn't what happened. They were honest and told me both systems were working well. I was extremely pleased. Because of their honesty, I will continue to use Zerorez.
