The technician was very professional, arrived on time, was very efficient and the services were great. It is not often that you find products that actually deliver on the claims of their advertising however Zerorez did.
The process was very quick. I've attempted to clean the same spaces that Zerorez cleaned in my home with my Bissell Carpet Cleaner. It took hours and afterwards, I felt like soap remained in the carpet, thus allowing it to quickly get dirty again. Zerorez came in and was done in about an hour and the results are astounding.
