We had our ducts cleaned. I really need to learn more about the final results before having the ability to comment on equipment and effectiveness of the Zerorez process. Hopefully, in a day or 2, we'll no longer have the headaches that we believe were caused by dirty and/or moldy ductwork.
If I could make one suggestion, it would be this: As one person is blowing debris from the vents, perhaps another could vacuum it up.

Our carpets and furniture were very clean. Ryan, like all of your technicians, was well trained and good to work with. In a house with 3 teenage boys and 2 big dogs Zerorez exceeded our expectations, as they always do.
The carpet is clean and dries fast
Products have a clean smell, dry quickly and are effective. The technician was prompt and professional. We have three small, older dogs and the tech, Omar, explained what could and could not be done and we appreciated the honesty. He treated pet stains and results were surprising.
