The overall job was done very well and very professional.
It did not take too long to dry and the service man was really cooperative. My husband is in a wheelchair and Jonathan cleaned around him. The rugs look good. There were no chemicals in the cleaning.

Professional staff who do an excellent job and explain what is to be done. Also, they do not attempt to sell servicers that are not required.
The product was great. But we are more blown away by the customer service. Our technician Tommy was amazing. He was professional and friendly, but most importantly he went well beyond the call of duty in several ways. One particular incident was after he had completed the job and packed up all his equipment, we let our dogs walk through the house to go to the backyard before we put them up for several hours while we left to let the carpets dry. Unfortunately, when we turned around, there was a trail of large (we have a very large dog) red clay dog prints leading from one end of the house to the other. Our technician OFFERED to reconnect all his equipment (by this time, it was raining) and re-clean the paw print stains. This is what true customer service looks like!
Lack of detergents.
It was an all around great experience. Your technician was very personable and knowledgeable. He mad my family very comfortable and took his job quit seriously. His level of professionalism was exceptional. I was impressed.
