It was easy to schedule my appointment. Michael was my technician and he did a great job. He was on time and very professional. He asked exactly what rooms I needed cleaned and started to work right away. I asked him several questions concerning the cleaning process of which he answered. He allowed me to inspect his work as he went along just to make sure I was satisfied. I will ask for Michael the next time I need my carpet cleaned. Zerorez was a great experience for me and I am very satisfied with the job they did.
