Brian came out one evening in response to a call from us thinking that we had water damage from a previous cleaning to an ottoman last month. It turned out that the dark stains were not water damage but mud from my dog! Apparantly he got up there while it was still wet and I didn't see him. I was SO embarrassed! Brian could not have been more lovely or kind. He cleaned the mud and he never made me feel silly (which i did anyway!) It was late and I know he wanted to get home to his family but he never acted that way for one second. He truly could not have been more professional. I thought highly of your company before but have a entire new level of respect. Thank you for standing by your word to have excellent customer service.
Was able to schedule promptly. The service was excellent from the person who cleaned our carpet... very likeable and efficient.
Clean carpets, no residue left. Also felt like the technician was being upfront with me. I did end up getting the protectant, as well b/c it sounded like a good service at a great price.

Very friendly and professional service person. He was on time and efficient. I did think the enzime treatment was very expensive. I paid for it for one room but would have been way over my budget to do it on other areas.

We had a rug cleaned, of which we have not gotten back,yet. We had planned to have carpet cleaned but decided to have it replaced with wood flooring.We were very impressed with the service we received while dealing with the rep. by phone and the young lady that picked up the rug. VERY PLEASED!
