Our technician Daylin was outstanding! Very courteous and polite and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I wasn't crazy about the scent of the cleaning product and it was pretty strong but the carpet looks great and it was dry within a few hours after he left.

The service is fast, professional and they are careful while getting the best results possible. They came out, and the price didn't change from the quote I got over the phone. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I also suggest before you call for a quote, to get the most accurate one possible, know the number of rooms and stairs. Also provide exact sizes and how many stains will need to be addressed, that way the price won't change.

I love the smell and the fact it dries so quickly. More importantly, I love how it gets the stains out with no problem. From a personal perspective, my tech, Santiago was the epitome of the word professional. He took his time to explain everything, he was kind, and he made sure I was satisfied before moving to the next area. He was also helpful when it came to tips for making my carpet last. I would love to have him as my tech every time.
