I have been in my house for just over 3 years. The previous owner left the basement bedroom carpet with many stains, and the remainder of the carpet in the main basement area was quite dirty. Zerorez left the carpet clean, and without the scents that other carpet cleaners use to make you think the carpet is clean but go away a few days later to reveal odors that are not removed by the cleaning process. In addition to a clean basement carpet, the technicians were excellent.
